Training that transforms more than the body

Six pathways. One mission: equip people with discipline, confidence, and community through boxing and life skills—accessible, respectful, and results-oriented.

All programs are delivered with professional coaching standards and a nonprofit heart. Scholarships and reduced-barrier options are a core priority—your donations make seats available for those who need them most. Contact us to enroll, refer a participant, or sponsor a class.

Youth Development Boxing

Kids and teens need more than screens and stress—they need structure, mentors, and a place to burn energy productively. Our youth program teaches boxing fundamentals in a safe, supervised environment while building focus, respect, and grit.

What participants gain

  • Footwork, defense, pad work, and conditioning scaled by age
  • Coach-led mentorship and positive peer culture
  • Goal-setting habits that support school and home life
  • Confidence without aggression—control is the skill

Who it’s for

Youth seeking fitness, focus, or a constructive outlet; families looking for mentorship; schools and partners referring young people who thrive with structure. No prior boxing experience required.

Women’s Empowerment

Strength is personal. Our women’s programming creates a welcoming space to train hard, learn practical self-defense concepts, and build a sisterhood of accountability—whether the goal is fitness, confidence, stress relief, or reclaiming personal power.

What participants gain

  • Technique-focused training in a respectful environment
  • Conditioning that builds real-world strength and stamina
  • Community support and coaching that meets you where you are
  • Mindset tools for boundaries, resilience, and self-trust

Who it’s for

Women and girls of varied ages and fitness levels. Beginners are celebrated. Experience is optional; commitment to yourself is the only requirement.

Veterans & Seniors

Service does not end when the uniform comes off—and aging should not mean isolation or inactivity. Adapted boxing fitness offers low-impact options, camaraderie, and purposeful movement for veterans and older adults who want to stay sharp, mobile, and connected.

What participants gain

  • Coach-modified drills for joint health and balance
  • Cardio and coordination without unnecessary risk
  • Peer community and mutual respect
  • A structured reason to show up—week after week

Who it’s for

Veterans, military families, and seniors seeking supervised fitness and fellowship. We prioritize safety, dignity, and individual pacing.

Re-Entry Support

Returning to the community after incarceration requires more than good intentions—it requires routine, mentors, and a place to channel energy constructively. PPEP’s re-entry pathway uses boxing’s structure and accountability to support second chances that last.

What participants gain

  • Consistent training schedule and clear expectations
  • Mentorship focused on discipline and decision-making
  • Physical outlet for stress and emotional regulation
  • Belonging in a community that believes in growth

Who it’s for

Individuals rebuilding after justice involvement, and partner agencies seeking athletic mentorship as part of a broader support plan. Referrals welcome.

Community Outreach

Not everyone finds us first—so we go to them. Outreach clinics, school demos, and partner events introduce boxing fundamentals, wellness messaging, and the PPEP pathway to neighborhoods across Central New Jersey.

What we deliver

  • Interactive demos and beginner-friendly clinics
  • Youth engagement and anti-violence messaging through sport
  • Partnerships with schools, nonprofits, and local groups
  • On-ramps into ongoing PPEP programs

Life Skills Training

The hardest fights are often outside the ropes. Life skills sessions weave goal-setting, emotional regulation, leadership, communication, and healthy habits into the training culture—so progress in the gym becomes progress in life.

Core themes

  • Setting and tracking personal goals
  • Managing stress and conflict constructively
  • Leadership, respect, and team accountability
  • Nutrition, rest, and sustainable healthy routines

How it works

Integrated into group sessions and mentorship conversations—not a lecture hall. Learning sticks when it is practiced under the same roof as hard work and honest feedback.
